The main goal is to raise awareness and emphasize the importance of the 5 well-being habits among teenagers through regional Mexican music.
As young people, we are prone to falling into bad habits, negative friendships, poor emotional management, which often leads us to neglect our physical and mental health, social skills, and education.
Our objective is to connect with young people of our age and show them the tools and the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced life. We understand that we will inevitably face difficult moments, so it is crucial to know how to handle all situations as best as possible.
With the support of our family, institutions, friends, values, good physical, mental, and emotional health, etc., we firmly believe that positive results can be achieved. And what better way to reach all young people than through the popular regional Mexican music that resonates with our age group.
Lyrics:
Spanish: (Original Language)
En los Ángeles radico yo,
Aquí tengo mis cimientos,
Mexicano americano,
Siempre tumbadon,
English Translation:
In Los Angeles I reside
Here, I have my foundations
Mexican-American
Always “Tumbadon”
I’m among my friends
Looking for my dreams
Taking care, the “real ones” with a lot of worth
My mind it’s always focused
I can’t fail School
Checking my personal growth
We’re very used to be the number one
You’ll see me working
Always ready to play
On the corner, my brother’s always there
I know my family got my back, no matter what
