What are the areas in which you are comfortable, happy or healthy? How do you prioritise your well-being? (What practices or habits contribute to your overall comfort, happiness, and health?) Explore strategies and actions that can help you achieve and maintain well-being. What are the factors that affect how comfortable, happy and healthy you are? Consider the external factors that influence your well-being, e.g. relationships, environment, access to resources, and societal expectations. Why is being comfortable, happy and healthy important as a young person?
